Hacienda HealthCare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. You will provide essential personal care under supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support client comfort and safety in a team environment.

A state CNA certification is required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience is not required but welcomed.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Does not require experience, however previous experience in a similar setting, nursing home or in a special education classroom will be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Under supervision, accepts responsibility for the care of clients as assigned on the shift worked.
• Performs direct patient care including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, changing, vital signs.
• Maintains competency with client care in initial employment phase and assessments.
• Escorts and transports clients to appointments and activities.
• Participates in client related activities on and off campus.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment and follows Hacienda, Inc. policies.
• Adheres to absences, latenesses, and work break policies.
• Performs duties following safety standards including PPE use.
• Attends all required training sessions.
