Job summary

Wayne Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time roles in Wayne, WV. Pay rate is up to $18.28 per hour, with competitive wages and PTO for full-time staff.

The CNA provides routine nursing and personal care following the resident care plan, collaborates with the team, and helps deliver high-quality resident care while managing available resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program is required.
• Active/current CNA license in the state of the facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Participate in resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified and respectful manner; assist with activities.
