Job summary

Wayne Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team as part-time staff. The position offers a pay rate of up to $18.28 per hour and a structured nursing aide role within a patient-centered care environment.

The CNA will provide routine nursing and personal care per the care plan, participate in shift reports, and support the team by performing activities and responding to resident needs respectfully.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Active/Current License in the state of facility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
