Job summary

STONERIVER is seeking a CNA-FT to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per assessed plans and supervisor directions. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document observations to support effective care.

The role requires a CNA license, 10th grade education, and preferred CPR certification. You will work in a structured nursing environment, maintaining safety, confidentiality, and high-quality resident care on every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Ability to apply problem-solving and logical reasoning in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents according to care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before procedures.
• Document progress and changes in residents' conditions.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety and ensure clean, organized rooms.
