Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to licensed nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and facility policies; collaborate with nurses and therapists.
