Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Surgery, Section of Urology, is seeking full-time Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to three years. Appointees will support and complement the faculty in Urology at the Hyde Park location and affiliated sites depending on the department's needs.

Clinical duties include direct patient care through office visits, ambulatory procedures, state-of-the-art surgery, and call. These positions are benefits-eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required.
• Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana.
• Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Urology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities to support and complement the faculty in Urology.
• Direct patient care through office visits and ambulatory procedures.
• State-of-the-art surgery.
• On-call duties.
