The Joint Chiropractic in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our full-time team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, enabling you to concentrate on improving lives through patient-focused treatment.

This position requires a Doctor of Chiropractic, an active DC license, NBCE I–IV, and a patient-first mindset. Expect a 40-hour week with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
