Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, enabling you to help patients improve their lives through consistent treatment.

Responsibilities include patient evaluation, spinal adjustments, and education on ongoing care, with a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations
