Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification within six months of hire.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check and TB test.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and determines meals to be served.
• Calculates ingredient quantities for portions.
• Prepares and measures ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and organizes food supplies.
• Notifies CN Manager of equipment repairs and maintains records.
