Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities promoting development in line with licensing and NAEYC standards.
• Maintain daily communication with parents about child well-being and schedules.
• Prepare growth reports for parent-teacher conferences under supervision.
• Care for classroom equipment and materials; assist with research activities when needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with other staff.
