Our childcare center is seeking qualified workers to help monitor and lead activities throughout the day. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills beneficial for personal growth and future careers in child development.

We are hiring a Childcare Teacher Assistant at our EASTON location.

Part-time positions are hourly, 15-25 hours weekly, with M-F shifts between 6:45 am and 5:30 pm.

Job Summary

The Teacher Assistant will help plan and implement activities that ensure each child's safety while providing enrichment, physical challenges, and learning experiences. The role requires upholding the employee code of conduct and reflecting the mission of the Old Colony Y and regulatory standards.

Education/Experience/Physical Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of age
