Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Webster, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree for full-time daytime work (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). No prior experience required; paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, collecting data and collaborating with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
