Weigand-Omega Management in Wichita, KS is seeking a Chief Technician / Chief Engineer to lead the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems in large commercial and institutional facilities.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate with contractors, ensure safety and compliance, and drive energy efficiency and reliability across critical infrastructure with a focus on tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with commercial building systems and facility operations.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating outside contractors.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities
