As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, while also leading and mentoring our dedicated team of nursing professionals.

About the Role:

• As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the daily nursing care of our patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and ordering medications and treatments.
• You will work closely with our rehabilitation team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• You will also provide guidance and mentorship to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities:
