Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapy assistant, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will help implement therapy programs, assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques, discuss treatment

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow individualized plans of care.
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit.

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
