Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is actively seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will help deliver quality treatment with a focus on achieving excellent functional outcomes and collaborate with the OT, Director of Rehab, and facility staff to monitor progress and adapt treatment

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates.
• Willing to work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With guidance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
