Job summary

Functional Pathways in Yuma, AZ is hiring a COTA to support residents at AZ Veteran Home Yuma. You will implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician, delivering compassionate, patient-centered occupational therapy.

This full-time position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to rehabilitation services in a state-owned facility, with emphasis on quality of care, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license and licensure requirements as per board.
