Job summary

Telecare's Morton Bakar Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will respond to residents' physical and psychological needs and participate in recovery-centered care practices.

Shifts available include Full-Time PM (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with days varying as needed; starting wage ranges from $23 to $27.63 per hour, with geographic differentials applied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All post-offer screenings and background checks are required; driving eligibility may be needed depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Skilled Nursing Facilities in line with recovery-centered care principles.
• Address physical and psychological needs of residents to support recovery goals.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in Skilled Nursing Facilities that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | PM | Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Days vary as needed

Expected starting wage range is $23 - $27.63. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification
• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
