Telecare Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a 148-bed Gero-Psychiatric center serving adults 55+. You will assist with admissions, daily living activities, and safety monitoring under a recovery-centered care model.

Expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $26.25 hourly
We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in Skilled Nursing Facilities that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity and be exposed to uneven walking ground as well as Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, Hospital Waste, Chemical & Infectious). Visual requirements include computers and books exposure.
