Volare Health, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality resident care at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center.

New wages range from $22.77 to $29.30 per hour, based on certified experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time evening shifts are available, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Recent education or completed clinical hours.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions.
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
