Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining clean, organized rooms.

We welcome both newly certified and experienced CNAs. Salary range for this position is $22.77–$29.30 per hour, with full-time day and evening shifts (Friday–Tuesday).

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
