Job summary

Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT is seeking a dedicated instructor to support our standardized test preparation program. You will teach and tailor plans for individual students, collaborating with a leadership team to deliver customized instruction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and reliability. Hours are Monday–Thursday 12:30am–9:00pm and Sunday 11:00am–7:30pm, with a non-remote, full-time office-based schedule and competitive pay ($67,000–$75,000).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, with an undergraduate transcript that demonstrates mastery within your field of study
• Computer savvy, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive and demonstrate confidence in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background checkReliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Teach!
• Collaborate with the Test Prep Leadership Team in order to generate and execute specific plans for each student. All of our work is customized and tailored to the individual student.
• Interact with instructors from different departments, including Educational Therapy, Academic Instruction, and College Advising, in order to provide coordinated support for students in your cohort
• Assist the Director with the development of Test Prep curriculum and other special projects aligned with the philosophy and goals of the department
• Work 12:30am to 9pm Monday through Thursday, and 11am to 7:30pm on Sundays
