Job summary
Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a Full-Time CDL- Shuttle Driver to safely transport residents to activities and medical appointments. You will perform safety checks, record mileage and attendance, keep vehicles clean, and assist with maintenance as needed.
We value courteous, team-oriented individuals who hold a CDL A, a valid Driver's License and a Passenger Endorsement, with high school education. This role offers benefits and opportunities for growth in a caring senior living environment.
Qualifications
- High school education required and ability to follow instructions in English.
- Must hold CDL A and Passenger Endorsement.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Responsibilities
- Picks up and delivers residents to activities and appointments.
- Perform safety checks of the vehicle before transport.
- Record vehicle mileage and resident attendance for transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and notify supervisor of issues.
- Assist with miscellaneous administration errands as needed.
- Attend training and adhere to CPR/First Aid certifications.
