Job description

Essential Functions:

1. Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies, assisting customers with locating and selecting merchandise, and answering questions promptly. Demonstrates appreciation to customers and communicates product information effectively.
2. In-stock: Plans and executes delivery activities, prepares loads, and ensures timely delivery. Inspects products before loading, verifies invoice details, and assists customers with loading when needed.
3. Clean and Safe Stores: Ensures loads are secure and compliant with DOT regulations, maintains vehicle and store cleanliness, and conducts safety inspections. Reports and addresses safety hazards, and maintains a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements, depending on the location and vehicle type.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening and obtain necessary licenses.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic, and be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• 1 year of semi-truck/trailer driving experience or certification.
• 6 months of in-home delivery or retail customer service experience.
• 3 months of forklift or Moffett operation experience.
