Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide SMART customer service, understand customer needs, assist with merchandise, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate product information.
2. In-stock: Plan delivery activities, load and deliver merchandise, inspect products, and verify deliveries.
3. Clean and Safe Stores: Ensure safety and security of loads, update delivery status, unload and install appliances, maintain vehicles, report DOT compliance, and ensure store safety standards.
4. Other Duties: Operate store equipment, conduct safety reviews, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with endorsements as specified, depending on location.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Pass MVR screening.
• Legal ability to obtain necessary licensure and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years old and comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• Experience driving semi-trucks or certification from a driving school.
• Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
• Experience operating a forklift or Moffett equipment.
