Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Provide SMART customer service, assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, and communicate product information effectively.
2. In-stock Delivery: Plan and execute delivery activities, inspect and load merchandise, and verify delivery details.
3. Store Safety and Maintenance: Ensure loads are secure and compliant with DOT regulations, maintain vehicle and store cleanliness, and conduct safety inspections.
4. Additional Duties: Operate store equipment as needed and perform other assigned tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening.
• Legal ability to obtain necessary licensure.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences

• 1 year of semi-truck/trailer driving experience or certification.
• 6 months of in-home delivery or retail customer service experience.
• 3 months of forklift operation experience.
