Responsibilities include:

• Providing SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs
• Assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
• Responding promptly to customer and employee inquiries and demonstrating appreciation
• Communicating product and warranty information to customers
• Coordinating delivery activities, loading merchandise, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Inspecting products, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
• Unloading, installing, and testing appliances upon delivery
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Operating store equipment as needed and performing other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements include:

• Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass MVR screening and meet legal licensure requirements
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Must be 21 years of age

Preferences include:

• Experience driving semi-trucks/trailers or certification from a driving school
• Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service
• Experience operating forklifts or Moffett equipment
