Job description

Essential Functions:

1. Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies, assisting customers with their needs, demonstrating products, and providing information about warranties and special orders. Responds promptly to customer inquiries and shows appreciation to customers.
2. In-stock: Plans and executes delivery activities, including loading merchandise, inspecting products, verifying invoices, and ensuring on-time delivery. Assists customers with loading and unloading appliances, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
3. Clean and Safe Stores: Maintains safety and cleanliness standards, conducts vehicle inspections, reports safety hazards, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Operates store equipment as needed and maintains a secure working environment.
4. Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned, including security monitoring and store organization.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements, depending on location.
2. Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
3. Ability to pass MVR screening and obtain required licensure.
4. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
5. Must be 21 years or older.
6. Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

1. Experience driving semi-trucks or certification from a driving school.
2. Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
3. Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
