Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a full-time Garbage Truck Driver - Rear Load in Prairie Du Sac, WI. You will operate a rear-load collector, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe, courteous service to customers.

Qualified candidates hold a Class B CDL with air brakes, have a clean driving record, and commit to following safety policies. We offer comprehensive benefits, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the rear-load garbage truck along designated routes and at disposal site.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections and complete vehicle condition reports (VCRs).
• Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers and coworkers to ensure timely service.
• Tag and identify unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor for unacceptable waste.
• Maintain productivity and safety standards while following company policies.
