Willow Valley Communities is seeking a Full-Time Vehicle Care / Bus Driver (CDL required) to safely transport Residents and Guests and keep our fleet in top condition. The role emphasizes safety, courteous service, and adherence to CDL regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B License with Passenger Endorsement (Required).
• Less than a high school education, or 3–6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Prior bus driving experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, dependable transportation for Residents and Guests.
• Assist passengers when entering and exiting vehicles.
• Secure wheelchairs per policy before movement.
• Inspect interiors for lost items and remove trash after unloading.
• Perform routine fleet maintenance and refuel as needed.
• Maintain transportation logs and communicate issues to mechanics.
