Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest unit in Denver is hiring a Catering Captain for a full-time, on-site role at American Airlines. The position runs Friday–Sunday 11:00 am–7:30 pm, with Monday–Tuesday, and Wednesday–Thursday off, and pays a fixed rate of $26.50 per hour.

Applicants should have 5+ years in restaurant/fine dining and relevant permits where required. Primary duties include coordinating staff, presenting food, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring HACCP standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant/fine dining experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service and clearance.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered events.
