Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Catering Captain at American Airlines, Grapevine, TX. The role coordinates catering staff schedules and ensures functions are delivered, served, and cleared on time under the supervision of the Catering Director.

You will prepare and serve food at scheduled functions, and may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages. A valid driver’s license and state-required permits may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory, hospitality, and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules for timely function delivery.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Instructs staff on work expectations and setup arrangements.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures according to HACCP standards.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
