Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, equipment and displays.
• Operate dishwashing machine and use compartment/industrial sinks.
• Clean assigned kitchens by sweeping and mopping floors, walk-ins, and ensure areas are debris-free.
• Restock plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Assist cooks and prep cooks with simple tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
