A home care service provider in Manassas is looking for certified caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to join their supportive team. You will assist clients with personal care, support mobility, and provide companionship. The role offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and both part-time and full-time options. • CPR certification and negative TB screening required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support clients in mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Medication reminders and accurate care documentation.

What you’ll do

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Run errands and grocery shopping as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and accurate care documentation
• Transport clients safely to appointments

Requirements

• Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
