Qualifications

• Age 18+ with proper work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nurses Aid certification preferred
• Current first aid certification
• Must be able to read and speak English
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while preserving dignity and safety
• Follow care plans to ensure proper resident care
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Perform safety checks and participate in safety drills
• Chart and document resident information and notify supervisor of changes
