Qualifications

• Must have HHA or CNA certification or willingness to complete free training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Commitment to a full-time 40+ hours/week schedule.
• Empathy, reliability and strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Run errands and assist with appointments or outings.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Monitor client wellbeing and share concerns with the team.
• Create a safe, calm, and welcoming home environment.
