Job summary

Sandimasretirement is seeking competent Caregivers to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will care for patients professionally and compassionately, supporting mobility, personal care, and daily activities with empathy and attentiveness.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, handling light housekeeping, and supporting memory-care clients. A strong emphasis on safety, communication, and reliability is required.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against Covid-19 and booster with proof.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the facility (to activities, to dining room, walks etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist feeding and bathing residents.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
• Provide increased assistance to residents with dementia or in memory care unit.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
