Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Appleton, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants for immediate openings on 3rd/NOC shift. You will provide personalized care, assist with activities of daily living, and document resident care to support independence and quality of life.

CNAs are desirable but not required; training for CBRF certifications is provided. Join a dedicated team focused on respectful, dignified care and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
• Ability to safely use applicable resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
