Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Full-Time Career Caregiver to serve Western Colorado including Delta, Montrose, Ouray, Ridgway, North-Fork, Cedaredge, and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely, independently, and with dignity at home.

The role offers pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid orientation and ongoing training, and benefits through our Full-Time Career Caregiver Program, with potential

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA welcomed).
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document changes.
• Excellent communication and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation and run errands when assigned.
• Follow individualized care plans and observe changes in client condition.

As a Full-Time Career Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve.

This position is offered through our Full-Time Career Caregiver Program. Eligible caregivers may participate in our Minimum Paid Hours Program, designed to provide greater income stability during temporary fluctuations in client scheduling, along with competitive pay, paid training, premium pay opportunities, and Company-sponsored benefits, subject to program eligibility requirements and Company policy.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
