Job summary

Comfort Keepers of the Western Slope is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role emphasizes companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients' homes, with training provided.

We offer competitive pay ($17.25–$20.00 per hour), mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling (full-time preferred), and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and referral bonuses

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable caregiver with strong communication.
Organized, adaptable, reliable and able to work full-time.
Experience or ability to perform basic homemaking tasks.
Preference for full-time availability.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with personal care and hygiene (training provided).
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Run errands and provide transportation.
Follow and support individualized care plans.

What You Will Do

Our caregivers support the whole person through three core services:

Companionship care – conversation, emotional support, and social engagement
Homemaking services – light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
Personal care – assistance with daily living activities (training provided)

You’ll be part of a trusted team that treats every client like family and adapts care as needs change.

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $17.25– $20.00 per hour

Mileage and travel time reimbursement

Flexible scheduling (with strong preference for full-time availability)
