• Previous cook or prep cook experience required.
• Kitchen safety knowledge and high-volume production experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portions and temperatures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety practices in the kitchen and follows HACCP standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
