Job summary

Urban Farmer Philadelphia, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a friendly Busser to support our dining team. You will clear tables, reset dining surfaces, stock supplies, and assist servers to ensure fast, seamless service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has basic restaurant operations knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site role offers a team-driven environment and opportunities to grow within our hospitality programs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables and wipes surrounding area.
• Resets tables according to established standards to seat new customers quickly.
• Retrieves cleaned dishes from dish room and distributes to service stations.
• Sweeps floors to maintain a clean, presentable restaurant.
• Stock replenishment and rotating stock in proper places.
• Assists waitstaff by refilling beverages and addressing requests.
• Keeps ice stations filled and accessible.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
