Responsibilities

• Clears all used tableware and debris, wipes tables, chairs and surrounding floor areas.
• Resets tables to established standards to seat new customers quickly.
• Removes full tubs to dishwashing area and maintains a clean service station.
• Distributes cleaned dishes and utensils to service stations as needed.
• Sweeps floors to keep the restaurant presentable during shifts.
• Stock shelves and replenish requisitioned items while rotating stock.
