DelMonte Hotel Group and AC Hotels Cleveland Beachwood are seeking a Restaurant Server for their newly constructed lifestyle hotel in Pinecrest, Orange Village, Ohio. You will deliver exceptional guest service, greet guests, take and relay orders, and maintain dining area standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months related experience; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to patrons in the dining establishment while providing exceptional guest service.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drinks.
• Relay order to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars to guests.
• Clear, clean and reset tables for dining as needed.
• Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel to guests.
