American Welding & Gas, Inc. seeks an energetic Branch Manager for our Tullahoma, TN location.

You will lead a branch responsible for sales, customer service, warehouse operations, distribution, production, safety, and profitability while coaching a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, proven P&L oversight, and a track record of driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operation.
• Proven success leading teams and developing employees.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
