Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Provide patient safety and interventions; support patient treatment plans.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and facilitate daily groups as directed.
• Perform shift notes and documentation by end of shift.
• Provide transportation services as needed and pre-qualified to drive a company vehicle.
• Assist nursing staff with duties and crisis management as directed.
• Maintain confidential patient information and facility records.
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe environment; conduct safety checks.
