Action Behavior Centers in Jersey Village, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, growth opportunities into leadership and BCBA tracks, competitive hourly

Formación

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or higher
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics if needed

Responsabilidades

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to learn best practices
