About The Role

As Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards, and ensure an excellent overall client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Develop and expand your knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and their application.
• Understand and execute sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure timely replenishment of the sales floor to enhance customer experience.
• Complete all required training to expand your knowledge.
• Support omni-channel processes within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts, and price changes.
