• Ability to monitor and control guests’ alcohol consumption.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages for bar guests.
• Set-up and break down the bar daily.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist in running food from kitchen to guests.
• Serve tables in dining area as needed.
