Job summary

Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming bar experience. You will check IDs, handle payments, stock supplies, and maintain bar cleanliness while following all safety and company policies.

This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers benefits including paid time off, holidays, insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and travel program discounts

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and portion-control standards.
• Present and serve beverages professionally.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol per laws and company policy.
• Process payments via POS, cash, cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with supplies.
• Submit beverage orders and manage perishables.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area during shift.
• Monitor inventory and inform management of supply needs.
• Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and policy guidelines.
• Provide excellent guest service for Sun Outdoors guests.
